Factors Contributing to Teacher Burnout During COVID-19

چکیده

As teachers returned to the classroom for 2020–2021 school year, they faced new and challenging environments, instructional approaches, roles as educators. The current study is one of first empirical studies that identified factors contributing teacher burnout due COVID-19 (coronavirus disease) instruction during fall 2020. Controlling demographics, results found significant predictors burnout-stress those being anxiety, teaching anxiety communicating with parents, administrative support. are important schools researchers consider when it comes impact on teachers.
